Unlike other venues, the bar is not where we make our money. Rather, as a thoroughly New Orleanian institution, we see the bar as being as important as water or electricity (and something we feel we build our reputation on). Therefore, we only offer a single package of highly curated brands that we know we can reliably use to build exceptional drinks.

$15 /person/hr (3 hour minimum)

Tito’s Vodka

Fords Gin

Featuring nine botanicals, Fords is a versatile London Dry style gin designed for mixability in cocktails.

Bayou White Rum

Distilled from locally grown Louisiana sugarcane.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum

Barbados rum. Column and double retort pot distilled, and finished in charred ex-American whiskey barrels.

Espolòn Tequila Blanco

Unaged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave.

Espolòn Tequila Reposado

Made from 100% Blue Weber agave, aged a minimum of two months in American oak barrels.

Banhez Ensamble

Banhez Ensamble is comprised of a sustainable blend of 90% Espadín and 10% Barril agave. A delightfully mild, floral, and fruity mezcal.

Buffalo Trace Bourbon

Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey.

Jameson Irish Whiskey

Irish whiskey produced, triple distilled, and matured in Ireland in oak casks a minimum of 4 years to create a smooth finish.

Rittenhouse Straight Rye Whisky

Bottled-in-Bond, Rittenhouse has a distinct, spicy rye flavor when paired with the subtle sweetness and texture of the corn, and a bit of toast from the barley for a lingering finish.

Monkey Shoulder Scotch

Combination of 100% Scottish Speyside single malts designed for cocktails.

High Noon Vodka Seltzers

Vodka with real fruit juice and sparkling water. Assorted flavors.

Gnarly Barley Jucifer

A juicy hazy IPA packed with hops. Brewed one hour away in Hammond.

Crescent 9 Tropical THC Seltzer

This subtly sweet and tropical seltzer naturally flavored with mango puree and a hint of terpenes. With 6 mg THC, 3 mg CBD, and a splash of caffeine it provides an energizing and euphoric experience.

Miller High Life

The Champagne of Beer. Crisp and easy drinking lager in a 7 oz. pony.

Liquid Death

Still (and sparkling) 100% mountain water with naturally occuring minerals and electrolytes.

Baron de Rothberg

Brut (NV) sparkling wine from France. Fine perlage, made from an Ugni/Blanc/Airen grapes blend. The clear standout from our extended tasting session with Bizou Wines, the direct importer.

Domaine du Clos Roussely Touraine L’Escale Sauvignon Blanc (2020)

A fruit-forward natural wine from the Loire Valley, hand-harvested, with a light structure, expressive citrus, and white flower aromas.

Domaine De Cristia Collection Côtes du Rhône Blanc (2017)

Biodynamically farmed, this White Rhone has a medium body and good acidity, with peach, apricot, floral, and bright citrus notes.

Ventisquero Cabernet Sauvignon Reserva Valle del Colchagua (2018)

A Chilean red from the Maipo Valley with a full body, high acidity, and strong red and black fruit forward notes. Certified sustainable.

Château Saint Nabor Côtes du Rhône Tradition Rouge (2019)

A Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault blend, this spicy but nuanced red is dominated by bright red fruit aromas and stone fruit notes.
